GJAM welcomes the submission of manuscripts that meet the general criteria of significance and scientific excellence. The paper should be empirical or theoretical, well researched and persuasive. Original research articles, reviews, commentaries, and methods could also be considered. The paper should contain introduction, statement of the problem, objective, hypothesis or research questions, review of related literature, method of investigation, discussion of findings and recommendations.

About the Journal

Gombe Journal of Administration and Management (GJAM) is a print and online mode Journal that is published biannually (May/June & October/November) by the Department of Public Administration, Gombe State University, Gombe, Nigeria. The Journal endeavours to provide a forum for researchers, practitioners, students, resource persons and people in the academia who are interested in discussion on current and future issues and challenges impacting the field of Public Administration, Management Sciences, Humanities, Education, Arts and Social Sciences. For the purpose of efficiency and timely assessment of articles and possible publication, we have an internal editorial committee charged with the responsibility of thorough review of papers submitted to the Journal. We adopt double blind peer review policy in which both authors and reviewers are kept anonymous so as to maintain high technical and quality standards for the Journal. The main aim of GJAM is to become one of the leading global journals by publishing authentic and scientifically developed research articles of international standard.
